Privacy Policy

Effective October 4, 2026. How Advantage Technology Solutions, Inc. collects, uses and protects information through this website, our client portal and our text-message alerts.

Who we are

This website is operated by Advantage Technology Solutions, Inc. ("ATS", "we", "us"), a software development and Salesforce consulting company. You can reach us about anything in this policy at info@atsprocorp.com.

What we collect

  • When you contact us. The contact form asks for your name, email address, company (optional), a subject and your message. We store what you send and email a copy to our team so we can reply.
  • When you sign in to the client portal. Your account's name and email address, and a password we store only in hashed form. Signing in places a session cookie and a sign-in token in your browser so you stay signed in; they expire after 24 hours, or when you sign out.
  • Security records. For sign-ins and portal activity we record the time, the action and the IP address it came from. Activity records are deleted automatically after 90 days, and records of failed sign-in attempts after 24 hours.
  • Mobile numbers for text notifications. Only for the people described under Text messages below.

We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this website, and we do not set cookies for visitors who do not sign in.

How we use it

To answer your inquiry, to provide and secure the client portal and the services you engaged us for, to send the status notifications described below, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Services that help us run the site

  • Amazon Web Services hosts this website, stores contact-form submissions and portal records, and sends our emails.
  • Twilio delivers our text-message alerts.
  • Google Fonts supplies the typeface on these pages; your browser requests it from Google, which receives your IP address.
  • YouTube hosts videos on our Resources page; YouTube may set its own cookies when you play one.

These providers process information on our behalf, or under their own privacy policies where noted, and only as needed to provide their service.

Text messages

ATS sends operational status notifications by text message about the services we run: for example when a scheduled data job stops, fails or completes, when a decision awaits approval, or when a visitor submits a contact form on a website we operate. These go only to the specific people who asked to receive them, ATS staff and contacts at our clients, each of whom gave their mobile number to our administrator and agreed. We do not send marketing text messages, and we do not text the public.

Message frequency varies with system activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. You can also contact info@atsprocorp.com.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties.

Information we handle for clients

In our consulting work we sometimes work with data held in our clients' own systems, such as their Salesforce organization. We handle it only on our clients' instructions and under our agreements with them; their privacy policies govern it. If you are a client's customer, please contact that client about your information.

How long we keep it

Contact-form submissions are kept until we no longer need them to respond or to maintain our business relationship, and then deleted. Security records are deleted on the schedule above. A recipient's mobile number is removed from our notifications when they reply STOP or ask us to remove it.

How we protect it

The site is served only over HTTPS. Stored records are kept in access-controlled AWS services, passwords are hashed, and repeated failed sign-ins are rate-limited. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect what you entrust to us.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by writing to info@atsprocorp.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
